Returns & Refund Policy

1. WRONG ORDER

 

NO alterations of order and no returns will be arrange for wrong order after the customer’s confirmation.

 

 

2. SPECIAL OFFER ITEMS

 

NO return or exchange eligible for special offer items.

3. DEFECTS / INCORRECT ITEM DELIVERED

We accept returns for Exchange on defective products within 30 days of delivery with following condition. Defective products means the products is malfunction or bad workmanship. Damage of packing boxes, materials during shipping are not considered as defective product. The product must be remaining unused and return with full original packing Exchange will be sent upon receipt of return product in above said condition Customer is responsible for the cost incurred for shipping back to us.

 

Colour aberration might occur due to different factors, such as individual computer monitors and lighting.

 

Return items for exchange must be in original and good conditions.
Please use registered and traceable services when returning your package.

4. REFUNDS

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
